Lemon Garlic Pasta

A bowl of lemon garlic pasta garnished with red pepper flakes and parsley. There is a side of toasted garlic bread.

Time: 30 minutes

  1. 1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Set aside, reserving some pasta water for later≥
  2. 2. While your pasta is boiling, peel and mince your garlic. Dice your spring onions, and juice your lemons.
  3. 3. Add butter to a pan on medium heat. Once sizzling, add garlic and spring onions, stirring often.
  4. 4. Add lemon juice, along with pasta water for desired consistency and wait for sauce to come to a boil.
  5. 5. Now toss cooked pasta into sauce and coat well.
  6. 6. Garnish with salt, red pepper flakes, oregano and parsley to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!

10-minute Green Salad

A hearty green salad consisting mainly of lightly sauteed kale and green peppers.

Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1. Chop your bell peppers.
  2. 2. To a large pan with hot oil, add garlic and fry until golden.
  3. 3. Add chopped bell peppers and stir. Meanwhile, destem and chop kale into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Add kale and sauteé for a minute before turning off the heat.
  5. 6. Garnish with lemon juice and salt, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder to taste.

TikTok Garlic Chilli Oil Noodles

A bowl of ramen spruced up with spring onions, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.

Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1. Set aside seasoning packet and cook ramen according to package instructions.
  2. 2. In a heat-safe bowl, add spring onions, garlic, ramen seasoning and red pepper flakes.
  3. 3. In a separate pan, heat olive oil.
  4. 4. Carefully add hot oil into seasoning bowl and mix well. Watch out for splattering.
  5. 5. Now toss in the cooked ramen and mix until evenly coated. There you have it - elevated instant ramen.
