Lemon Garlic Pasta
Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 3
Ingredients
- 8oz fettucine pasta
- 2 lemons
- 8-10 cloves of garlic
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tbsp butter
- Red pepper flakes
- Oregano
- Dried parsley
Instructions
- 1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Set aside, reserving some pasta water for later≥
- 2. While your pasta is boiling, peel and mince your garlic. Dice your spring onions, and juice your lemons.
- 3. Add butter to a pan on medium heat. Once sizzling, add garlic and spring onions, stirring often.
- 4. Add lemon juice, along with pasta water for desired consistency and wait for sauce to come to a boil.
- 5. Now toss cooked pasta into sauce and coat well.
- 6. Garnish with salt, red pepper flakes, oregano and parsley to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!

10-minute Green Salad
Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 2 green bell pepers
- 16 oz kale
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Red pepper flakes
- Garlic powder
Instructions
- 1. Chop your bell peppers.
- 2. To a large pan with hot oil, add garlic and fry until golden.
- 3. Add chopped bell peppers and stir. Meanwhile, destem and chop kale into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Add kale and sauteé for a minute before turning off the heat.
- 6. Garnish with lemon juice and salt, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder to taste.

TikTok Garlic Chilli Oil Noodles
Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 1 pack Shinyun Ramen
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 spring onions, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Red pepper flakes
Instructions
- 1. Set aside seasoning packet and cook ramen according to package instructions.
- 2. In a heat-safe bowl, add spring onions, garlic, ramen seasoning and red pepper flakes.
- 3. In a separate pan, heat olive oil.
- 4. Carefully add hot oil into seasoning bowl and mix well. Watch out for splattering.
- 5. Now toss in the cooked ramen and mix until evenly coated. There you have it - elevated instant ramen.
